The goal of this Landscape Project was to efficiently utilise the small space in the backyard, while creating a feeling of additional serenity by being able to look into the nearby Park Land borrowed landscape.

This project was a collaborative effort with Platylobium Landscape Design, the team at Platylobium designed this Beautiful Oasis.

This backyard was only 67sqm with some portions only being 1 metre wide, this required careful strategizing. A really significant element in this project was the Fence, which required thorough engineering. Using 3d imaging with the team at Platylobium we were able to achieve two different angles, which delivered a lovely aspect of being able to see into the park land nearby while creating privacy for our client. Another Beautiful feature was the Rammed Earth Wall Bench seat constructed by our team at Atlas Concrete and Landscapes.

We chose to incorporate Rammed Earth, using all natural products this was a much more sustainable method of construction with longer lasting results and no maintenance which was a key consideration for our client. Overall, an outstanding result showing that it doesn’t matter how small your space is, with the right planning you can create a stunning Landscape to enjoy for years to come.
